the Arch Villa

in Avunduk
A coastal sanctuary blending Santorini’s texture, Tulum’s warmth, and Cape Town’s breathtaking scale in Avunduk, Balıkesir.

the Vibe

Elevated 500 meters above sea level on the coastal mountain slopes of Balıkesir, this retreat offers a sweeping 200-degree view of the Aegean Sea. Designed as an architectural homage to Santorini, Tulum, and Cape Town, the property is enclosed by a striking 4-meter L-shaped stone wall. The brilliant white, textured limestone exterior gives way to a sprawling 20-meter infinity pool that seemingly drops off into the horizon. Inside, floor-to-ceiling folding windows erase the boundaries between the Mediterranean landscape and the interior, which features natural light oak floors, South African-inspired decor, and warm wabi-sabi elements. Surrounded by wild meadows and olive trees, this is your private vantage point over the Aegean.
